I was looking for bigger property as my family was growing and I must say in the beginning I was very confused and honestly very scared also that how to approach such a volatile market, but Rajiv guides me throughout the process and fortunately all went exceptionally smooth and well. Through his experience, he first prepared my old house in an ideal selling condition which really add value to my property that is we pour ridiculously small amount of money and it bring incredibly good return and I was able to sell my property in a good price. Once the old property was sold, he collaborated very closely to secure “Our dream house”, again with my financial I would never think the new house that we got would ever be possible for us, he really possesses good negotiation skills and knows all “ins and out” of the industry. He has a good grip of the market, most floor plans of GTA houses are in his mind, which give us an extra edge. The house we got, when it came on the market, he immediately contacted me that this floor plan would be ideal for my family, we were one of the first who visited the property and yes it was exactly what we were looking for and we were able to secure that house primitively in a couple of days. Rajiv knows how to make great deals. He helped me with selling my property as well as purchasing a new one. Sold my old property over asking price as well as one of the highest sold price in the region in a drastically slowing market.
